Staff are expected to be up to date with GDPR (data protection) courses and legislation dictate that data held for clients must not be retained after services are completed. Your just welcome to return to the agency for further works but may need to remind us about your history and case details.  Staff members are required to keep and renew records with the ICO and hold an up enhanced DBS checks
